Amanda Glover holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance from Gonzaga University. She performs professionally as a classically trained mezzo-soprano. Amanda has served as a soloist and ensemble singer for the Spokane Kantorei Choir since its founding in 2015, and has sung as a soloist with the Spokane Symphony, the Bitterroot Baroque Montana Cantata Project in Hamilton and Missoula, MT, and continues to be hired for soloist work in the greater Spokane area and beyond. She is the alto section leader and choral scholar for the choir at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Spokane. She also enjoys giving private concerts for her two dogs while driving in the car, usually consisting of 70’s rock and 80’s power ballads.

Amanda has taught lessons privately since 2015, and her teaching style is grounded in a solid understanding of voice science and pedagogy. Her goal is to equip her students with the technique and tools that they need in order to sing healthily and easily with their own unique voice. Everyone who wants to sing should sing!
